Lybrant Robinson Sr.

EDUCATION

Mr. Robinson, Co-Owner and Defensive Coordinator, comes to Tri-State Warriors from Manchester, New Jersey. Coach Robinson attended Delaware State University on a full scholarship for football and received numerous awards for his play on the field.

His most memorable moments were in 1987 when he was selected to the Sheridan Black College All American 1st team and in 2011 was inducted into Delaware State University’s Hall of Fame.

PROFESSIONAL

In 1989, Coach Robinson was drafted by the Washington Redskins and played with the Redskins from 1989-90. Robinson then played from 1991-97 in the CFL for the Ottawa Roughriders and the Saskatchewan Roughriders in Canada.

Mr. Maybank serves as the CEO of Strategic Links LLC, a business networking company. Kerry has a wide
array of experience that stretches from large corporate to entrepreneurial environments. He regularly
engages in business development, systems engineering, and financing activities for small businesses. His
career involvement allows him to assist businesses in the acquisition of contracts, financing, and
strategic partners to further their business objectives. Mr. Maybank co-founded HMR Development,
which focused on housing redevelopment projects within various enterprise zones in Philadelphia from
1996-2002 and currently serves as CEO of both Strategic Links LLC and The Maybank Group, a business
advisory services and engineering consulting firm.
Mr. Maybank has a rich history in systems engineering and consulting with 35+ years of experience
designing, integrating, and testing systems and application in industries such as Aerospace & Defense,
Telecommunications, and Investment Services. He has extensive experience in requirements
generation, software development, testing, and process improvement. Mr. Maybank has worked /
consulted at Fortune 100 Companies such as General Electric, Lockheed Martin, Goldman Sachs,
Vanguard Group, Citicorp, and BellSouth. His most recent stint in the corporate world was in 2003,
where he served in 3 capacities, primarily as a Senior Member of Engineering Staff for Lockheed Martin,
where he worked on the overall design and integration of the AEGIS Combat System for the U.S. Navy.
He also participated in divisional process re-engineering efforts, as a Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt for
Systems Engineering, aimed at increasing efficiencies in divisional operations. His remaining duty was as
a compliance instructor, helping to educate all division engineers and staff on a variety of compliance
issues.
Kerry has over 35 years of experience in various leadership positions in NSBE, most recently National
Alumni Chairperson in 2003. Since 2003 he has continued to help plan the NSBE-AE Chairperson Annual
Golf Summit. In addition, Mr. Maybank is an Advisory Board member of the Syracuse University Black
and Latino Alumni Network, and 1to1Robotics, a robotics a drone company located in Hackensack, NJ.

As an experienced program manager at one of the leading global consultancies, with over 20 years in global IT development and delivery, Reggie has a deep understanding of bringing value by building and optimizing programs through the development of data-focused, scalable applications and processes.

A serial entrepreneur, he’s also the CEO and Managing Director of A&R Property Development, Inc. Through his company, they have purchased and rehabbed homes in Atlanta and the surrounding metro area. He’s leveraged this opportunity to purchase raw land and is transitioning to commercial property development.

Recently appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Tristate Warriors because of his leadership abilities & his prowess to see that everyone flourishes. He’s committed to ensure the visibility, growth and success of the team and the league as a whole.

Roy Hamilton is a six-time Emmy award-winning multi-media executive. He served as the Senior Vice President of Talent Development & Planning at FOX Sports 1 and 2 and was a producer for ESPN, NBC Sports, and CBS Sports. Previously, he was Vice President and Executive Producer of Production for FOX Sports’ College Football and Basketball, Boxing, Regional NBA coverage, and their inaugural season of NFL coverage. Before embarking on a career in sports production, Hamilton was a high school basketball standout, a college All-American at UCLA, and a first-round NBA Draft pick, selected 10th overall by the Detroit Pistons.

Professionally, Ms. Harrison brings over twenty years of accounting experience to the role of treasurer and board of directors’ member for the Warriors. Presently in Cherry Hill, NJ, Ms. Harrison owns a bookkeeping services company based in Brooklyn, NY, where she specializes in accounting for small businesses.
Currently, she is the financial controller for Wilmington Blue Rocks, LP and WBR Food & Bev., LLC, a minor league baseball club and its subsidiary in Wilmington, DE.

Brian is the Co-Founder & President of Max Edwards Company. MEC is a business consulting
and professional development firm specializing in growth and engagement strategies for
companies, communities, and individual professionals.
Brian has nearly 25 years of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience working for
some of the largest media and entertainment brands in the world. (i.e., Universal Studios, House
of Blues, Disney, Warner Bros., FOX Sports) Over his tenure in television, Brian led diverse teams
that planned and executed major projects such as the launch of nine new broadcast and cable
networks.
Following his career in corporate, Brian made the pivot to consulting where he leverages
recruiting expertise and professional development strategies to help businesses build highperforming teams. Over the past four years, Brian has expanded his services to business
development and strategic advisement for corporations, foundations, and non-profits. Also, he
provides executive coaching and professional development strategies for professionals, recent

Kim M. Williamson, of Williamson Consulting, is a Media Development Consultant, Freelance Writer, and Adjunct Lecturer with the City University of New York’s (CUNY) Borough of Manhattan Community College. Combined, Kim has over 25 years’ experience as a CBS News television producer and Food Network programming development executive where, in both capacities, talent development, original creative storytelling, audience engagement and program strategy were central to programs and stories she produced. Coaching clients in the art of narrative storytelling is how Kim uses her experience to teach about the power of visual stories in the multi-media landscape.

Newest member to join the Warriors 2023 coaching staff, the New Jersey resident & former Rutgers University running back, David earned a degree in both kinesiology and political science with a minor in history was also a former assistant strength and conditioning coach for the New York Jets.
Afterwards, he began training pro and college athletes for their respective sports with the Arizona based company called EXOS.which specializes in training pro and college athletes for their respective sports.

Tracy Washington Craig is a seasoned, strategic communicator with over 30 years of professional experience in TV production, promotions, and scriptwriting; broadcast sales, news and advertising. After completing a Masters of Business Administration, Ms. Craig added traditional and internet marketing to her skill set and transitioned to Big Consulting. As a management consultant, Ms. Craig has led a variety of organizational change and culture initiatives as a communications coach to Federal government executives. Currently, Ms. Craig applies her communications expertise in the area of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She consults corporate leaders on the benefits of employee engagement, values and respect in the workplace. She is a proponent of organizational cultural competence and an advocate for individuals with disabilities.
